Over the years I’ve learned a great deal about how to design, prepare for, and facilitate effective training workshops. I’ve developed a set of habits, skills, and practices that have helped me and the trainers I mentor to succeed.

I’ve lived in Taiwan for more than 20 years, married into a Taiwanese family, and am happily involved in various training, organizational development, and coaching projects through our consultancy, True Development.
